Shoulder Pain

Physiotherapy is an effective treatment for many shoulder conditions including rotator cuff tears and strains, altered shoulder mechanics, frozen shoulder, labral tears, dislocations and subluxations, fractures and Osteoarthritis.

The shoulder is a complex mobile structure made up of ligaments, soft tissues, muscles and joints, any of which can become symptomatic and cause pain and stiffness. The whole structure needs to work in a cohesive pattern to allow the array of shoulder movements you need for daily use and sports. If any of these structures becomes injured, then the movements we take for granted can become restricted and painful.

During your assessment at Physio In Motion both the symptom damage and cause will be diagnosed and addressed to help create your personalised rehabilitation program and get you back to what you enjoy doing.
